Carbon content in grade 310 is reduced to form grade 310S which in term provides less embrittlement. These fasteners are particularly used in carbonizing surroundings. Grade 310S fasteners are particularly designed for less carbon benefited from using in easy fabrication as well as embrittlement and sensitization of stainless steel.
